Cancellation & Refund Policy
How do I cancel an order on GetJunkd.in?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our Customer Care either via email on email@example.com or via call/whatsapp on +919967401238.
Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
Please note that we have a "No Return" Policy.
However, if you have received one or more products in your order that are in damaged condition or have some defects in it - please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. In such cases, we will have our logistics partner pick up the product(s) in question. Once we have received the damaged product, we will immediately ship a replacement peice(s) to you. Kindly make sure that while returning the product its packing is intact and all items are carefully packed in the box provided by us.
If the product in question has gone out of stock, based on your preference - we will either refund the amount or provide you with a store credit of the same value. This will be done once we have received the damaged product.
While accepting the order from our logistics partner, if you notice that the package is in a damaged condition or if the packaging has been tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +919967401238 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your Order ID and the exact details of the issue. We will investigate the same on prioirty and within 24 hours we will update you about our investigation and provide details of the new replacement package.
